Does anyone know why the premium for the 2SS is so much greater than the other models?

I was told with a new model it could be up to 8 weeks or longer, but its typically 4-6 weeks after production. That's fine with me cause the weather her in MI typically sucks until mid April anyway.

I'm looking into ordering a 2LT Hyper Blue Vert. Should I place the order asap or wait until production starts? I read around the forum some of the early orders can be delayed than those that come later due to quality control issues and such.

Yes you should definitely get you're order # from you're dealer. Better yet you should ask for a copy of the "Order Workbench" this will have you're order #, along with a list of every option on you're order, you should go over it and double check the order to make sure it is correct. If you're sales guy acts like he doesn't know what you're talking about askto speak to the sales manager that puts the orders into the system, he will know what the "Order Workbench" is and can print a copy out for you, if they still don't want to acknowledge that they can give you a copy I would then be asking myself if I really want to be giving them my business.
