I like both brands equally, yea its a Ford but FMC stands on it own, GM cant say that.

To be fair Ford worked out its own deal, quietly, with the government back in late 06 early 07, IIRC. No they were never government owned but they did get some help.

Ford mortgaged all of its assets to stay afloat including the blue oval but paid it all back. GM borrowed $52 bil. Never paid back $10 bil.

Anyway back to the Mustang!...lol

Yea I wonder what size rims and tires are on those Mustang's?

This car is just not warming up to me. I don't hate them. I don't think they are BAD looking.

Just not exciting to me. There have only been a few shots of select color/wheel combinations that actually grabbed my attention. Otherwise, for me, its current GT and current Camaro > 6th gen Mustang all day long. Some may complain that the complaints about being compared to a fusion are played out...but I feel its a valid complaint.

If the next Camaro comes out looking like a 2 door Impala I won't be happy either....these cars need unique personalities. A few exterior changes and I'm sure it will really wake the Mustang up, but when you start talking mods, well then everything goes out the window.

Interior is great though, and I'm sure it will be an awesome performer.

Still unchanged. I think it looks like a different car every time I see it in a different color. The red looks nice, the black looks sexy, the white looks bland, and the others look ugly.

I think that interior looks nice though, especially for the price.

The first time I saw the new Mustang I thought it looked pretty good. The more I see it now, the less I like it. Idk why...I just think our Camaros have so much more style

Sorry...not a fan. And there's been a few Mustangs I thought looked good. Shoot. That doesn't even look like a Mustang from the side. Looks like a Hyundai from the side. Bla... And check out the front seat. It looks like a bench. No thanks. :(

I like it, looks much better than the one it will replace. Some of those rims gotta go, though. And the rear bumper needs getting used to.

And yet you bought a GM vehicle after the fact knowing this, so......1. I guess it doesn't really matter to you. 2. You really don't believe what you're saying. 3. You really do not own a Camaro at all.

I appreciate and support all the American brands but I prefer and buy only GM. I stick to my convictions and will not deviate from them if it goes against my principles of what I believe in.

I'm not a fan of the mustangs new look but I'm not the target audience either but I do like a good looking car or truck regardless of who makes it.

Yeah it's got certain lines that are good and horrible. Like the back and side but the front nose is a weird fit..
