I filled up in 1989 luckily. 69 cents a gallon for leaded regular. WOO-HOOO!
('Course I also burned that gas in 1989.)  You can't worry about saving 3 or 6 bucks a tank so much that you fall over yourself to rush out and burn gas getting to a station, buy gas and burn gas going home to save that 3 or 6 bucks. It's like one step forward and one back while stressing yourself over gas, which is the cost of doing business with these cars

$3.09 for 87 octane in southern Illinois but saw some stations still around $3.22 - $3.29. No complaints on my end for sure.

On post regular was around $2.80 and premium $3.18. Pretty good price.

Just filled up at 3.89 in SoCal. oil jumped today by $14/barrel on the news that the EU may start to get their crap together, at least for a day..lol! But economic conditions are getting worse so it may not hold. Oh yeah the holiday also.

2 months ago around here the news predicted it would be $5.00 a gallon by the 4th of July, I saw gas today at $2.84. I think they were wrong.
