LILRED hit it spot on. If a girl only cares about your car, she's gonna be more trouble than you think. Of course, there are only a few women who aren't really that shallow.

PQ and Bonnie are cool people and my wife and I are very glad to have them as our friends. I always rib PQ on how much he pays Bonnie to hang with him. But it is cool to see their pictures when they where young and got married and the kids being babies. They are a pretty cool couple.

Sticking strictly to the question I'd say I won't disagree with LILRED85 but it's not shallow for a lady to notice a persons vehicle. It can tell probable things about someone. Not all accurate, but probable. Steer clear of the guy with the big stained van with no windows. And, no, there's nothing wrong with assuming the guy with a 30 year old beater that smokes badly, is either working his way through school or not very stable.

That being said, we ALL had to do something to get our lady to notice us in the beggining. Wether it be as simple as introducing ourselves, or maybe work a little harder to talk to her. I've known women who took the attitude too far that a flashy car and extroverted attitude would be shallow for them to be attracted to and/or judged the guy for such, and missed out on a great guy.

I guess my feeling is that if it generates the initial conversation then it's up to you WITHOUT using your car, to make it happen from there.

For the most part, NO. Girls don't care. But you could get a few more opportunities if you do.

I mentioned this in the other thread but I'll mention it here, too. I don't think its the car itself. I think, yes, for some women its he money factor. But, I think for most women that like guys with a car such as this, it has to do with the fun factor. Driving a car like the camaro shows that you like fun, have passion for what you enjoy, etc. If we were all practical we'd be driving prius's. Driving a prius says you're practical, driving a camaro says you're fun.

Think about it like this, when it comes to romance, lust, and sex (think - the early part of a relationship) do you want someone who is practical, mild mannered, and quiet (prius) or do you want someone spontaneous, passionate, and powerful (camaro).



Also, another point I just thought of, the car doesn't get you girls, but it is an advantage. If a girl meets 2 guys, and they are both equally nice, good looking, and intelligent, yet one drives a brand new camaro and the other drives a '92 minivan, then guess which one has a bit of an edge.

The camaro won't necessarily get you more girls, but it will open more doors. If you really wanted a chick magnet though, you could have bought my Jeep I had before this

Having a nice car doesn't hurt, but if the girl is more interested in the car than you, then she is not worth the time or effort imo.

Woman like money and a nice car is a symbol of money. So thus yes, woman like guys with nice cars. But if you have a mush mouth, your bald or fat well then you better have a very nice car. I'm not so sure a camaro will do then.
