FYI The TPMS system does not update immediately.
I put on a different set of tires, didn't use a relearn tool and drove 18 miles to work with all 4 tires reading 36 PSI and finally had the TPMS alarm go off as I parked the car and then they read 0. OEM Goodyear Tires only need to have the outside of the tire be on the outside. So they can be rotated from left to right.
