They couldn't find the problem, and GM wanted them to fix the problem independent of swapping the motor. Last I heard was that the problem could be in the computer or even electrical...

I don't think it was a buy back but it was a trade deal the dealer and the OP worked out. At least that what it sounds like to me.

I think a bare bones stock 1LS would be a hoot to drive as a daily car, should try to find one like 2012, a 2yr old car, they were just new yesterday, ?????????????

I think the front ends of the 2014s are awesome. But the rear, really no thanks. Maybe some aftermarket lights would look better.

Where's that ******* grill guy, I bet he could make some bitchin' tail lights by 2020!
