Hoping not to face this issue in my car, can anyone provide a pic of the worst case scenario failure? Would like to know where to look for early signs. TIA

My 2019 was just replaced at the dealer. They did the windshield removal and reinstallation and did a great job.

I didn't take "before" pictures but mine was failing at the passenger front pillar and also the passenger area at the windshield. Was very minimal but they took care of it and it looks great now.

I had mine replaced 2 years ago because it was falling in the front. Within 2 days the new one was falling all across the back. They fixed that, then last year the front started falling again. Wish I had just left it alone.

Yah, that was my concern. If this has been going on for multiple years, then clearly nothing has changed in the design and therefore whatever part they replace it with is going to be subject to the same failure.

It seems like the replacement one is bigger. I used to be able to feel clearance between the windshield and headliner and the gap os now gone. Not sure "why" it is different, either it is physically bigger, or is now mounted more forward?
