Yeah I was all lined up to order a 2018 Jeep Trackhawk but had a change of heart at the last minute and ordered a ZL1 1LE instead. Also with the money I saved going with the much cheaper Camaro vs. the Trackhawk let me add another motorcycle to the collection so it was a win win.

There are only 59 of them? I think you are in the third largest group behind STR and E-Street, both Miata classes go figure. BTW you are TOTALLY in the heads of all of the twin owners, all they do is complain how the Camaro is an overdog in DS, you are their Boogey Man. Go check out their discussion on FT86 Club http://www.ft86club.com/forums/showt...111873&page=23 your name is mentioned often. Going to have to start calling you Baba Yaga or something.
LOL Thanks for sharing, I just read through that whole thread . I know a lot of those guys, including the one convinced my car is an overdog.

It certainly is quick, but as was the case in Packwood a well-driven Twin can do quite well. As in years past, usually one course favors smaller more narrow cars, and the other favors faster more powerful cars, we shall see how it plays out!

people always think when an odd car is a over dog that its not classed right. I know I felt that way about wilcox when I ran STX. People dont understand what a good driver in any car can do.

I haven't been to Nats and won't make it this year either, but Wilcox is in my region. I feel your pain...

Running CAMC in my FS car. Long story, but life of being a chief... debating installing some STP/CAM legal parts after Lance and I are done with the Finale... although I would like to see how I do in a pure FS car in CAM!

I'll be there running on Tuesday & Wednesday in another Chevrolet.

I'm purposely trying to op-steward the side that DS runs on to see the 'twins'. That is the twin team of Scroggs & Toups

Has the SCCA classed the ZL1 1LE yet?
