I want to believe that but I'm under the impression that dealers straight up buy the cars from the manufacturer for a fixed amount and after that everything is on the dealers hands...

So I looked at more of their inventory and saw they were doing a 20k MARK UP on the ZL1.... My advice stay way the hell away from that dealer! They're crazy first of all for wanting you to pay full price for a car they have put that many miles on... That's just bad business and they clearly don't care.

that car actually sold and I decided to call to see if they would tell me how much for, the guy on the phone told me 54k after extended warranty or something like that and I just laughed and hung up. On a side note I found 2 different cars at 2 different dealers that I'm highly interested in, the only thing is both cars have no MRC and the grey one is obviously a 1SS
