I saw a Reddit post in the Camaro subforum that recommended a Pedal Commander as another anti-theft layer. I'm not too familiar with this product, but I'm assuming that you could program the throttle to not respond in a certain scenario as an anti-theft measure? It also seems plug-and-play from the videos I've watched. Not advocating it, just wondering if this could be another pedal-based alternative alongside a brake/clutch lock.

Upon looking that Soler brand up, I really like that. Not that I would ever valet my Camaro, but I do appreciate the options there. And there is an outright *lock* to disable the accelerator pedal, which is what those of us interested in anti-theft desire. $200+ is a little steep since I'd only use it as anti-theft, though. I honestly feel like the Camaro throttle is fine as it is, especially in track mode where it is (I believe) 100% linear. |

I haven’t seen videos of cars getting pushed but my gut says… Might have nothing to do with being able to drive stick but more about a covert operation.
They’re being pushed away quietly avoiding a v8 startup that would wake its owner. |

Curious if anyone has found a club-style wheel lock and a pedal lock (preferably held against the floorboard, not suspended on the bottom of the steering wheel) combo, keyed the same?
