I live in a super chill place, where with previous cars I've had I never ever locked the door, and at times just left the keys in the ignition for hours at a time. Every day I'd start my car, then walk back inside, while it warms up outside. Never a problem.

But..

I still put my Camaro keys in a faraday bag, lock it, and sit inside it while it warms up. I don't care, I can't even imagine how bad I'd feel if it got stolen because of my own negligence. I just... I think I'd feel worse if it got stolen then say, my 1998 Ford Ranger.
