Maybe OP's friend runs a detailer for a living so it's good for them keep on top of things. Also, OP never specified 12~18 hours over what time period. Every week? Month? I have used their vent cleaner and essential oil scents. They work alright. I mostly stick with Meguiar's for a lot of cleaners and conditioners, but I am not a detailing person.

While those of us would blow $2000 on mechanical/performance upgrades, He spent that on cosmetics for the interior. He and I are pretty opposite in that regard.
