I like this. Would it work in my 2017 2SS although it's not a 50th anniversary package? I like the Fifty on my steering wheel but I kind of wish there was more stuff to attribute the car to being the 50th model year. There is no other suede in the 2SS that I'm aware of so I'm worried it might seem odd. The orange stitching might be a close match for my kalahari interior.

I was thinking the same thing for mine! Wonder if it comes in regular black leather?

And Kaiser I hadn't noticed the illuminated door sill on your Fifty being different - very cool! Lots of great details on the Fifty.

There are two versions of that console lid. And it will fit any 6th gen Camaro. See attached picture. Maureen at Rodgers only one with them right now. That's where I got mine!

And thanks GP86 and Coralyn!

And yes Coralyn there is Fifty all over (steering wheel, headrests, side emblem, hood stripe, center caps, calipers, passenger dash, sill plates, rear trunk lid, mats, console lid, I think that's all lol)

Thanks Kaizer! You're right, the passenger side is a perfect fit. I'm sold...I'll get a set to protect the carpet. Since I plan to keep this one until at least the 75th Camaros arrive, I'd like to keep things in as good a shape as possible.

Most welcome. I got mine from Phastek. Was best total price I could find. And they are a great Camaro parts dealer too!

Been off the forums for a few days and all heck breaks loose around here!

Nice seeing all the Adams love. They do indeed make good stuff. I have yet to try the new stuff I got to add to my arsenal but I'm looking to do it this weekend. I'm especially looking forward to testing out the new wheel cleaner because man do these new brakes cause a lot of dust build up. I got a wheel woolie to help out with that, rather than use a rag or dirty up a good towel. Also got the H20 Guard & Gloss with the new gray towels so that should be fun.

I still hold on to a bottle of old formula Buttery Wax and I've got about half a tub of Americana left, not to mention my machine products including the machine paint sealant, orange and white polish (actually the older versions when they were called swirl and haze remover and fine machine polish, respectively) and I still have plenty of Brilliant Glaze too. I haven't used the machine stuff in a long time since I don't have a good place or time to do it.

The rinseless wash stuff is great. I haven't actually used it for that specifically but I have diluted it for waterless wash spray application. That's a must-have in your go kit for cruises or shows, along with detail spray and some VRT, possibly in-and-out spray too (which is aerosol VRT), and a handful of towels (utility, single soft, waterless wash, etc.).

She finally got it! Congrats! I know she was a little jelly seeing the other ones out front come and go and hers was still on the way.

Adam, your photos of the WT mats are making me re-consider not getting them for the front.

I have the trunk mat and it's awesome. I was just thinking I'd use the factory carpet mats most of the time and the Fifty ones for shows and stuff but after a few weeks and seeing the dirt and grass etc. I think it would be easier to wash off the WT mats rather than vacuum the carpet all the time.

As for the Fifty console cover, it sure does look nice but I'm going to take a pass on it I think. I kinda like the smooth black leather with orange stitching as-is and that's already up-trim from normal. My thinking is the factory leather will be easier to keep clean. That logo is right where your arm goes, should you rest it there and that makes me a little nervous. But different strokes for different folks as they say.

I've ran weathertech mats in several vehicles. Love them. Will be using them as my beat up mats to save the Fifty mats when not at shows and things. I tried using the regular like you and didn't like vacuuming all the time either. So ordered those.

I debated the weathertech trunk mat but I'm still holding out hope GM will release a Fifty one. (Becky and Maureen, if you're reading this and one comes out, I want one!) Or maybe someone else will.

And yeah it took me all of a couple seconds to decide on it. Lol. I wanted one to start with after seeing the others available Then this one that I got matches the other accents so I did it. As for where my arm rests, that is possible, I will keep an eye on it. But I love it so far.

And correct, to each their own and that's cool if you don't like it. Your Camaro, your choices. Even though we both own 50ths, they are unique still and that makes them both cool and awesome. Of course that applies to anyone's Camaro. I may not put something on mine that someone else does but if it makes them happy and they like it, then awesome. All one big happy Camaro family here.

Does anyone have any tips on how to remove wax/dirt from the side of a vinyl stripe? There is like a tiny bit of wax or dirt on the sides of the stripes and the lines its made on black finish is annoying. I'm thinking just re wash the car and focus a microfiber mitt on those problem areas but I want to avoid any hard scrubbing.

Rewashing is what I usually do. If not wanting to do that. I usually get super soft microfiber and go along the edge with some water or detailer spray (as long as it's safe for vinyl).
