i've actually been cycling at night every few days and i realized...better plan on an hour later. it's great to keep the body lean doing it at night.

I took an extra day off today so I could torture my body with more yard work. Since Saturday I have trimmed trees (with a hand saw), moved a yard of topsoil, mowed the lawn, tilled the gardens, and picked up and spread 2 yards of mulch. I am almost done still need 1 more yard of mulch (this weekend maybe) I am so stiff I can barely move. I need to go back to work so I can rest LOL.

Depends on the day, generally yes. Sometimes no it's just waiting for others to be done with meetings and I can't go home since I need to brief the boss.

Then days like today I thought was going to be a smile smooth day. Nope of course that didn't happen, went to poop right as it began.

On the plus side tomorrow is the middle of the week though!

It is still too hot. I was looking at the temp for 7:30 tonight after the sun goes down and it still 98 degrees. Then I am usually in bed by 9:30ish.
