A buddy and I cut out the crossmember and welded on flanges to make it removable so I can remove the oil pan.
Credit for the flanges go to CFD here on the forum.

Ordered Ridetech HQ coil overs today. Will be upgrading the swing arms too.

THAT is the most acceptable mod for cutting the cross member that I have seen. NICE work!

In all honesty I need to shed a few pounds before I'm "comfy" in that seat. That said it feels great being held in place while take a turn at speed.

So I just saw a lot of comments about the flanges. CFD here on the forum made them for me. I think he still makes them on request.
