Which is understandable. The 2nd guy obviously wanted to cover HIS ass probably and made up the lie so he wouldn't get in trouble for selling a game that was on hold. You would be surprised out how quick ppl can come up with shit on the spot, now whether it made sense or not is a different story. He should have told you about the time limit to pick it up though to avoid, but some ppl don't think and assume ppl already know that stuff. Then again, that's why they work WHERE they work!
