Questions for those knowledgable.

Does not having posi really affect our 1/4 mile times? I understand we cannot get a proper burnout and in high horsepower configurations, I can see why having it may be necessary to launch straight if only one wheel spins and the other sticks, but if it isnt hurting our times I think I may jump on some richmond gears to see if they really improve our times.

Also im in the search for a better wheel setup. Are there any good, wallet saving, 18s for DD and drag setups? I'm running stock optional 19s with pneros and Ive cut a 1.9 with them once but i average 2.1..not sure if the weight of them are killing me. Cant find weights on these rims/wheel setup.

I honestly don't think having posi will help, until you up the torque of these cars. when my 2010 v6 manual was mostly stock, and my buddy's 2010 v6 auto was stock, we ran basically the same times. I attribute my times to be slightly better because of less drivetrain loss. Although, if you are slipping a lot, then posi will definitely help your 60', which will of course help your 1/4.
