Thought that looked odd. So hell is the Durango getting a Demon version too?

Unless they're giving the Demon the durango based center stack?

It could also just be a demonstration of the SRT performance pages.

Probably just a clueless graphics designer.

Or this could be someone's photoshop dream. Where'd the pic come from?

Looks like a pretty sweet ram air setup.

Looks cool, not useful at all. Air over the front of the hood is not the best place to collect it.

^^ Huh?

You got air blasting at the front of the car AND the engine and blower sucking in tons of it at WOT. The more you can get in there the better. Not useful at all is mis-information. They also have to consider aesthetics as part of the design as well. It'll make a difference no doubt.

So you have flow bench data showing that air coming in over the hood will flow better than say the wheel well or the giant opening in the grille to begin with? The airbox is in the exact same position as it is on the stock Hellcat, even the Shaker cars and uses the same conical air filter from the looks. Sorry there is no measurable gain in this application. It's for heritage and looks, with a tiny does of practical.

Then there's the fact this is a supercharged engine. Gulping air is not the problem, cooling it is.

It's definitely not going to decrease performance. It will help no doubt.
