On stock tires I think the ZL1 takes it. DR's will be a drivers race.

I noticed that some of John's old YouTube races were actually drag racing what's with all this rolling stuff all the sudden lol? I asked him on here when he posted the first video his answer was there's to many variables. It would be nice to see what each car's strengths are.

Seems like it's going to be a very good consistent car. There have been at least 20 or so passes made and quite a few low 11's. I would have to believe that as owner's get more familiar things will get even more interesting.

That's exactly it... Lot's of stuff to figure out and no way you can do it all in one night.

We did just that on AutoCross today!

After about 100 or so runs the best times were 42 and 41 seconds. Since I was running the timing equipment I didn't get to run the course until the end and my 1st run in the Z was 42.5.... It was absolutely unreal how this car took over the cones.

Next up one of the instructors who was familiar with the course drove with me as passenger and he ripped off a 39... best run of the day and 2 seconds above his previous best.

Needless to say the ZL1 was definitely King today at Texas Camaro Revolution. I'll post up the PDR videos soon and some drone video too.

Running in Track mode and Sport 1.

Not me in the background LOL

Everything off..... light brake hold and then about 1/3 throttle for a split second then mash it..... full auto in track mode

If I had dragstrip grip, I would just mash it..... but I have traction limited surfaces right now..... I have to roll into the throttle just for a split second to get rolling or I destroy the tires......

That autocross looks like you had some fun! I always feel like the ZL1 doesn't have room to breath at these events, though.

Drag strip video:
- You were pulling hard on that other Camaro in the left lane. Did you end up catching him on the big end? It looked really close.
- If you wait 'til after the burnout to turn on PDR, the performance data will be more accurate. Notice the 0-60 is up even before you start? Those numbers are based on wheel travel (odo) & wheel speed (speedo).
- TC coming on at launch. You were definitely getting wheel spin if TPM was kicking in.
- This video doesn't match your 11.7 time slip (right lane in video). Did you have another PDR video - one to match this pass?
