Also, is there any added option/kit for adding the secondary air inlet opening? Or is it just a DIY feature?

So now that all options are available to order on the Roto-Fab website which one are you going with? With or without sound tube?

I know I've always heard an oiled filter was better than a dry filter. I was thinking just the opposite before asking and that was predicated on ease of cleaning I suppose but now I know.
My question is on the sound tube as well. I personally prefer plug and play, keeping things original as possible and avoiding parts lingering around to be lost. The sound tube is new to me and I don't want to take away from what's there if possible. Probably won't order mine til close to November which will be close to putting it down for hibernation here in Indy. LOL

From Indy huh. I do the same thing and put mine up for the winter. I sent Roto-Fab a message about the sound tube delete and will post when they get back with me. Also dry filter is easier to take care of and clean but gives you less hp than the oiled version.

You can connect with all us IndyNexGen and Indiana folks on Facebook at INDYNEXGEN Camaro Group. I typically drive mine until the first salt trucks hit the streets and then it's a wrap til a spring rain. Yes dry is easier for sure but I see an oil filter being better to capture more stuff. I'm sure by the time I order the mad rush will be over. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
