Ok thanks. Got a call into the dealer. Sorry to hear this ....I have a vin 125509 and 11/15 date and will post results asap.
Taking it in Thursday 2 pm.

Great service it took them 15 minutes to determine my car had the Ingraved serial #
No repair required. A Ok. Early car with a 11/15 date and 125509 #. Oil change also @ 850 miles.

My car was checked today by the dealer due to my vin on the gm recall website stating it was affected but it had no raised numbers so all good.

My car was built on 01/20 Vin ends in 141380

Vin 137419. I'm at the dealership right now. They refused a loaner car until the inspection is complete. I'm already pissed about this and now I'm missing work.

I just dropped mine off this morning as well. I cannot believe they wouldnt give you a loaner. They had my loaner ready and waiting on me, but I did tell them when I made the appointment that I wanted a loaner as I was not going to sit there and wait.

The inspection should take 5 minutes at best and they should know within that time if your car is affected and then 9 hours of repair work if it needs the repair done.

I told them the same thing and was told my loaner car would be ready when I dropped mine off. Fortunately, it has the stamped serial#. On a bad note, I smelled hot oil when I parked at work. Guess I'll be crawling under it now to ease my worries, lol.
