exactly. it's nothing special and that's what makes it special. it is simply a HUGE improvement over the previous gen and it plain out works. that's what the big deal is. it went from a disaster to something that is just a great place to be, not as visually satisfying as the challengers but it's the huge gap between how bad the old interior was and how ergonomically sound this is.

My last few vehicles include a 2006 GTO, 2007 C6 Z51, 2012 Camaro and a 2014 Mustang GT. Didn't understand all the hate for the C6 interior and don't understand what's wrong with the S197 Mustang interior. Gotta say aside from the sweet red, white & blue of my 45th AE interior the general design was a bit gaudy. The angled off center steering wheel placement was also odd.
After looking at a few 2015 Mustangs can't say I'm a fan of the interior in those either. To me soft feel materials and hard plastic are one in the same. Not to mention the fake stitching on the dash edged is very tacky. And the dash plaque and ground speed indication on the speedo is just silly. |

Even though I'm not a Ford guy, Ford stepped up their game with the design of the new Mustang. All I gotta say is, GM better come with it on the 2015 Camaro, cuz that new Mustang ain't playing.

I believe it is heavier and slower than previous gen. Now, if you are referring to the gt350 and the R variant, ok, the flat plane crank is nice and they stepped up the looks vs. base and 5.0 versions. The 5.0 is...meh, not sure how ford stepped it up on that one. |

The Mustang looks good from this angle but from the side it looks too much like an Accord Coupe, which is not a plus in my opinion. I thought about maybe considering a new Mustang but the rear end styling is a deal breaker. |

I really do like the Camaro, but honestly just show us the stupid car already so people can make plans for summer to buy one or go on vacation. GM marketing is missing the mark on this one!!!

Agin how is GM missing the mark? Car is a late 2015 launch. Verrrry remote shot you can buy one this summer. They are experts in marketing automobiles and timing of introductions to the press and public. We are just a bunch of overly excited fans that want satisfaction NOW.

You aren't looking the panel. You are looking at the back side of the tool that makes the panel.
