Reminding me to prep my tires before going out on the track tonight.

Should tell him you put them in the oven so that they would be hot and ready for traction

Kevin get out of NY while you are young and without a lot of commitments. Me and my wife did not do it when we were younger and now I wish we had. Life gets in the way quicker than you think and as you get older and settled in with jobs and buying houses it gets a lot easier to make excuses to stay and harder to pack up and leave. My wife and I have good paying jobs now and a nice house and many years at those jobs and its almost impossible to leave now even though I would rather live somewhere else.

I probably won't get out till I retire now so don't make the mistake I did. These cold winters are tougher to get through each year as I get older. I will be 51 next month so it's tougher for me to find work now as employers are more reluctant to hire us older guys. Fortunately we have pretty good retirement planning so I won't be spending my golden years freezing my ass off and getting a heart attack shoveling snow. Do it get out while you are young don't make or accept any excuses.

Sorry to hear that.

I was too, but it was ready when I got to the shop and looked great. Gotta find some time to install everything, not feeling good at all. But that's never stopped me from installing a mod.

Dumb car guy needs to realize you don't spin stock tires. It really doesn't help. If you have stock tires, you just want to spin a little to clean them off...

x10000. It's funny watching new guys at the track spin their tires for 30 seconds on street tires. Completely useless and just wasting the tires.

Although most say that the pirellis like a nice burnout. Can't comment on that since I have never used them.

Completely agree with you

Yeah hopefully I'll here something today! Fingers crossed.

Post up some before and afters! And installing a mod will make you feel better!

I hung out with that girl I mentioned a few posts back and I get bummed when I leave (love before and during) so when I got home my frame-less mirror was waiting for me and that put a smile on my face again, gotta enjoy the little things.

There's a corporate challenge in March. Plan on doing the biggest loser.

Nice! If I can finish the 2 months with some noticeable gains I can get a free t-shirt and I want that free t-shirt!
