I should have never been told these were in stock when they obviously were not - that's shady business practice at best in order to secure a sale. Buyer beware if you need these wheels quickly - I've told the vendor to cancel my order unless they can upgrade me to 3 day shipping at no additional charge. I don't think that's an unreasonable request after being lied to. Of course, if the vendor does the right thing then I will of course let the community know but until then I would not recommend this vendor
So the supplier caused the issue, and you want to rake the vendor over the coals?

How exactly is this N4SMotorsports fault again? They passed along the info they were given, they didn't "lie to you" with malicious intent. And of course you want something out of it... how shocking!

This is today's society in a nutshell. Congrats, you are part of the problem. And by that I mean the person who decides "I'm gonna run to social media and bash them until I get what I think I deserve". Ugh!

MRR states that wheels can be made as quickly as 5-7 days.
Even if it was double that. That would be pretty qik.

Well in a way the buyer was misled. As a Retailer/Dealers ( IN Stock ) Should mean they are in stock in your hands. Not needing to be drop shipped or ordered from the manufacturer.

Now we don't really know but if N4S told him MRR has them in stock and we will get them ordered right when you place your order then no harm no foul was done.

Yet N4S let 6 days go without contacting the customer - Transparency is key nowadays and its really important in todays fast paced world to be informative and in contact with your customer.

N4S should have contacted the buyer and said he we are really sorry but this is what happened would you like to keep your order or would you like to cancel/refund.

I don't know the communications nor do I know what really happened but from what was said by both parties the above is what should have happened.

Hey brother,

The wheels do take anywhere form 5-14 days to complete but they are pretty quick on the start to finish on the FS01, plus the weight savings is amazing on them as well.

Compared to Stance? I need a quazi custom build out on offset. I know Stance has the ability to provide this on their SF03. They have what I'm looking for in the front option for Corvette (19x10 w/-30mm) in stock but the rear would need to be a blank at 19x11 w/max offset (I think is -45).

I could give a rats butt who's I choose. Just need the correct sizing and ASAP.

And let me say that these wheel builders desperately need to find new model identifiers. One is FS## and the other is SF##. Good lord.

Hello,

Need4Speed & MRR Wheels have gone ahead update the shipping and selected 3 day air for you.
We also included a 20pc lug nut set with wheels locks as well to work with your new MRR M017.
We do apologize for any inconvenience in the process of the shipping the wheels right on time.

It must really suck to have a severe lack of intelligence. If you read the post, they did in fact tell me that THEY (NOT MRR) had the wheels in stock. They weren't shipped out until 7 days later. That's not in stock, or maybe it is. I don't know, you tell me - you're clearly smarter than I.

Either way, N4S did the right thing and updated the shipping to 3 day ground. I very much appreciate that and I would chalk this up to a miscommunication with their vendor. Don't hesitate to buy from them.

Need4Speed - Thanks for the set-up. Worked great at the track! Personally I think the MRR M017 look great in Gloss black with a thick layer of track-driven brake dust
