I ordered "SSLT1". Rhode Island has very limiting rules on vanity plates so I couldn't get 2SSLT1 but good enough. Now if my damn care can get built!!!!

My current plate 45CAMARO on my 2012 45th anniversary edition RS.

Ordered and have the 50CAMARO for my 2SS 50th Anniversary Edition, expect delivery in July.

Can't wait, first V8, went 6M this time, should be a lot of fun.

I have to interject a story here. I grew up hating Camaros, but loving Trans Ams. Where I grew up in the Midwest, the "cool" guys drove the T/A, while the "stuck-up" girls drove Camaros. That and the fact that I always kind of favored the Pontiacs back then (although in hindsight, the screamin' chicken was probably over the top). I give you this background because if you were a Gen-Xer like me, you may have enjoyed Sammy Hagar's song Trans Am. One of my favorite lines is where he sings about his personalized plate which says: IEATZ28.

Now that I am a proud Camaro owner, any thoughts on an updated version: IEATBMW? IEATHEMI? IEATAMG? IEATRCF? Any others?

But also, I reserved my plate on Monday. It's going to be 2SS50. I'll have the car before I get the plate but better to put the order in now than wait.
