How to Track Orders with OnStar - Post Updates Please! - Page 13

I was told by my dealer that I'd get an email with my account number. Never did. Called On-Star and they said I have to activate it from the vehicle. My dealer doesn't have an account number for me. Any suggestions?

If you buy the car everything is activated at that point, corvette guys dont buy car and still get it activated, im guessing because salesman feels they are spending so much money

My car is at 1170 woodslee dr. Troy, MI sitting at Bayed status.

I checked and the parking lot at that address is Yarema dye and manufacturing, which is also shared by Saleen according to google maps.

UPDATE: it is actually on East Maple Rd at Penske

Then it's at Saleen for checks & repairs.

That's 3 facilities they're using now: Penske, Roush, and Saleen.

The app is not as consistent as the family link program, i always get different addresses but family link never changes location.

That lot actually fronts on Maple and is Penske Vehicle Services.

Bellwood is a suburb of Chicago.

There's a HUUGE switching yard in Bellwood. Hope your car doesn't get caught up there.
Rail cars can spend a few days in switching yards.

CTTX690239 is the rail car number. I don't know how to track it.

Finally, there is Alton & Southern. A&S doesn't do long hauling. They operate some VERY large switching yards in St. Louis.
Seems like all the rail cars going out west go thru the St. Louis area.
A&S will handle switching the rail cars and building the new trains.

Just need to get the phone number of your rail carrier (I think you said your car is coming via Union Pacific), call them up, give them the rail car number, and they will tell you where the rail car is. Pretty simple.
