I had my Dealer do the install. I think it was relatively straight forward for them. I had them do it, as they "swung a deal" with the Painter.

Sorry, you had me thinking of my rear end that I forgot to answer your question Yes, the ZL1 convertible has the same factory rear spoiler as the SS convertible due the dual antenna for the radio.
