I really just mounted using the same tabs from the fuel rail covers that slip into the openings on plastic valve covers. The LT2 stud mount points don't line up so I'm going to see if I can somehow modify the underside of the covers. I have some ideas on that.

Now you just get to hang out with us Camaro guys and girls.

Lol, maybe in 10 years or so, but right now, I'd much rather hang out with the Camaro guys.

I believe the Corvette covers that you're mentioning are from the C7, which also has the LT1 intake. Better to try and make the Camaro ones work, since they already say Camaro.

Started prototyping an insert for my center console to handle all of the membership cards, punch cards, and change, as well as cover up my wireless android auto / car play dongle. I started with a thin version to ensure the fitment was correct. Now I'm printing the actual first version in PETG on one of my 3D Printers. Will update when I have it installed in the car. Just a slip in insert.

Unfortunately there are still places where I go that require change and I never carry it on my own. I'm not sure I need it specifically for change but I printed the prototype that way. I have so many kg of PETG I may print another one without the change portion. I've got some minor design tweaks I want to make anyway.

I drove the hell out of mine at Road Atlanta. (And got into the 1:42s!)

This is the first track day(s) I’ve been to where I’m the only Camaro.

The sun was hitting her just right after the drivers meeting this morning

haha, I'm not in that city much, have to drive several hours to get there, but definitely love going that way and may spend some more time going to watch drift events! Since this car is nearly double the fuel mileage as my truck I've been going a lot more places... crazy to think an SS gets nearly double the fuel economy, but I'm definitely not complaining.

My fiancée and I just returned from an almost 2 week road trip. We started at home in northern Montana. We drove Highway 2 east until we reached the upper peninsula of Michigan. Drove up to Copper Harbor and then across the UP for a few days. Drove south across the Mackinaw bridge and spent a few days in the northern lower. Visited my son in Chicago for a few days and then headed back west across I-90 thru Wisconsin, Minnesota, South Dakota, and into Wyoming. We stopped in the Wisconsin Dells, the South Dakota badlands. We drove north out of Cody, WY and took the Chief Joseph highway to the Beartooth Highway. I HIGHLY recommend that if you have the chance to drive these 2 highways, DO IT!!! It was absolutely amazing.

The overall trip was 4,166.2 miles. I was surprised when I saw that I averaged almost 25 mpg over the trip. No issues at all and found the car very comfortable even after a 12 hour day. Can't wait to plan the next road trip.

That road trip is similar to one on my bucket list, just starting from a bit further west in WA. Montana is my original stomping ground and I have yet to drive east from there. I Want to go through the northern states by road soon. 2 of the last 3 states I have to visit are North and South Dakota. Might have to do that sometime in the next couple years!
