No video unfortuntely. The timer I used was HARRY's LAP TIMER which I know quite a few of us use. As stated I have not been able to run quicker than that time and since in MOST cases records are backed up by a backup time that is CLOSE to the record for validation purposes I have decided to take down this time at this time. When the weather gets better I will go out and run even quicker than this along with a duplicate run close to the same time and I will post up BOTH and then I will claim the SLOWER of the two times.
