This is what I said in my post this morning. The OBXs are still a good option and I would have considered them if I wasn't going to get cats.

I'm confuse... OBX came with everything I need? Do I need to buy hi flow cats separately? To me only bbk has hi flow cats...

After a quick research it looks like yes PA does emissions testing.

I am pretty sure Northumberland is a non-emissions testing county. If you live in a county with emissions your will have two stickers on your windsheild. First is your state inspection the other is emissions.

Then your in luck. I was just letting you know that it might not all be correct information. Luckily all of florida is a non-emssions testing state and a no front plate state. Those might some requirements when I move
