Yep...he treed me hard on this run. We have about 6 or 7 times now.I get him by a car or so each time if my rt is good.

Yep, it's most likely a typo in the quoted spec sheet and should read 4.3 seconds for the stick shift. Even the M6 ZL1 only does 3.7 seconds officially, that 3.5s 0-60 is specified with the A10.

Just yesterday at the Arby's drive thru at the Pilot station a guy about 60 yrs old saw my Camaro when he was getting out of his truck and waved and gave me the thumbs up.

I get this a lot around here with my Camaro SS since hardly anyone drives the SS, ZL1 or LT1 around here. Almost as if it's exotic I see so few 6th Gen Camaros here. See a lot more 5ths.

I mean, don't some women like muscle cars? I get lots of guys looking at my car, but women don't seem to care about performance cars.

Very few women care about performance cars. You're better off trying a local car meet and even the. It's not a guarantee. Even men nowadays are less interested in performance cars. You gotta remember we're the minority on here compared to the general public.

Whether they do or whether they don't like cars, it's unlikely that they are going to approach you or get your attention because of your car. Too many women get hassled just for walking down the street, let alone making eye contact with a guy or talking to them. It rightly makes them hesitant to strike up a conversation with a complete stranger when they have no idea if that guy is going to become a total creep or not. Ask the women you know if they've ever had a guy mistake common courtesy for some sort of personal interest or flirting - I bet you they all have.

And not trying to be rude, but maybe it's not just the car, maybe it's something else about you. I mean, I don't consider myself to be a catch by any means - when/if I ever get my Camaro, I absolutely don't expect it to make a woman any more likely to pay attention to me or talk to me.

i did come back to my car after walking around at a car show to find two girls,one leaning one my hood while the other snapped her pic.but im 63,15 year olds are not my thing...

My IOM with white stripes 5th gen still gets looks and compliments after 10 years. This debate is also about that old as well.The woman who like muscle cars....own them. The rest don't care in the least.
