My initial thoughts on this whole thing is the issue you describe was driving some of this. |

Do the 2019 ZL1 / ZL1 1LE come with this then or do they still need flashed?

It still hunts a bit after the flash. It did not hunt at the drag strip after the flash. I'm not going to stress about it. When it hunts it is very minor. It could be even due to uneven pavement because it does not do it all the time.

Considering I am a road course guy and also take the car on back roads actively...is this drag calibration worth it for me?
I am guessing not but let me know.

I’m still really disappointed in how they implemented this. This was a great opportunity, and it’s half assed at best. I really don’t like that there’s no tangible evidence that the flash has even been added — or whether it’s active. I was ready to do this when they first released it, but it’s not at all what I was hoping.
A drag mode in the drive selector menu that would activate this diff calibration AND allow line lock use would have been awesome. |

I wonder if the '20s come with this calibration as standard...

I think that side to side feel in the rear of these cars is the eLSD clutches slipping. It’s scary as hell, happened to me this morning !!

I mean in the scheme of thing $350 would be worth giving a shot if it is that eminent. And yes I did enjoy spending your money rather than mine but I don’t have a Z to play with at the moment...soon

I added the ZL1 1LE solid bushings to my SS 1LE and there is no hunting on my car. The only thing it did was tighten and make the rear-end more stable and planted and eliminated the side to side (yaw) movements of the rear in quick transition maneuvers. I would look at the ELSD and maybe the rear diff. fluid.
