AWESOME! If they can get the 2016 flash to work, I'm buying this kit ASAP.

Hang on buying that kit.

the dealership received the flash this morning, it didn't work. GM said they will have the flash available later this year, but for now, it won't work.

Got my car back today with front and rear sway bars and toe-rods installed. Noticeable difference in how it drives, even without the springs.

Full kit with MRC calibration and trailing arms installed.

Haven't gotten a good chance to test it out yet but can note the following changes:

-Steering modes feel closer together in effort now. Tour to Sport to Track no longer have a large increase in steering effort like they did before. It's much more slight and subtle now.

-The car rides smoother and flatter now without the wiggly bouncing around over bumps. One of the things about the FE3 MRC in the SS was that the rear end would wiggle about and the rear didn't feel as connected as it should. That is now gone for the most part.

-Even on Track mode, I don't find the suspension to be uncomfortably stiff. It's just now tied to the car more and flat. Bumps are still controlled quickly thanks to the magnetic shock.

-Steering into turns requires less thought...the car goes into turns now with less delay, it's much more sports car-like. It's not 911-level, but it reminds me of how that car would turn as quickly as you had the thought of turning. It's much quicker to get on to business now.

Simply, this is how the car should come from the factory. There is still plenty of compliance left for grand touring of the car, but the slop has been reduced to where most sports cars start, which is good. That also means that it definitely leaves room for improvement in roll stiffness.

Overall, well worth the cost and time (2 days). I'll measure the ride height change later, it does look like the front ride height has gone down a tad, but that needs to be verified.

found out yes they have to do the reprogram but GM lied when they say the program is included in the kit. It is not. you do Have to pay the labor to install it. ($100). doesnt mater if you or they installed the parts.

I hated it but I had Chevy do the install because I wanted to keep the track warranty. The trick here was when I ordered the kit and the dealership to do the install the price was all inclusive. It was $1,500 for the kit and $1970 total installed. There was tax and I also bought the GM Performance strut bar but the dealership honored the price from GM Performance. Which worked out because they said they had 14 hours of labor and the MRC computer re-flash and alignment were included. But the price stayed the same.

If they had 14 hours in it then they were pounding the pooch

4 hours for parts install, tops and that's slow
1 hour alignment
1 hour flash

I would love to see this kit but with DSS dampers.... One of the reasons I did not order MRC was I wanted DSS dampers.

Newbie here to the 6th Gen. Background story I had a 5th Gen V6 that I pieced together a 1LE Track pack; the car was flooded and it was totaled so i'm starting over. I recently bought a 2017 50th Anniversary, and I'm wanting to add the 1LE Track Pack on it. I see where "Calibration requires programming at dealership (Calibration coding included with package)." But I don't have magnetic ride, would this be something I still would need to do? Thanks!

No you would not be getting the programing as that is just for the mag ride. Id recommend just going with BMR stuff for anyone thinking of doing this. There is not much of a difference with the 1le kit and I went way beyond just the 1LE Kit. I did a full 1LE install except the ediff that can not be added and shifter. Not much of a difference.
