I believe it.

Remember the Station Fire? Kinda f-ed up everyone's conservation efforts as far as greenhouse gasses goes. How many tons of CO and CO2 were released?

There are too many crooks in suits trying to tighten the ropes around our necks, squeezing every penny out of us any way they can. Propaganda on tv... confusing political adds... scare tactics...

People obviously don't know what they're voting for.

I just heard a report on TV that Chevron in El Segundo and BP in Carson are the top air polluters in the LA basin... or in their words, their "release of toxic gasses" are excessive and need to be cut back. But I never heard anyone further describe which gasses these were and how they affect us.

But I'll tell you, if these companies went up in smoke, the price of gasoline and airline tickets would skyrocket. There's a REASON for Chevron being right next to LAX. They have pipelines that supply the airport with jet fuel.

Hey, with this rain and breezy weather lately, the air quality has been fantastic, huh? Look at that snow on the mountains.

Ya'll need to broaden your scope a lot. There's much more to this World of ours than La La Land. Hard to draw meaningful conclusions from such a tiny sample.

haven't put gas in the tank in more than a month, hoping not have to until spring, hopefully the prices will be down to normal by then!

How do we fix the world if the world refuses to live by our example?

There's a reason why people move here and write songs about this place.

And there are also reasons why people choose not to move here... but we don't care what they think. If anything, we're just happy to have one less person here to crowd us. We don't like seeing foreign license plates crowding our freeways.

Some folks in the Big Apple feel the same way. As a Native Texan, we encourage folks not to let the screen door hit 'em where the good Lord split 'em.

Oh cool, I know two guys who moved to Texas... for a job. Not because it was their life long aspirations to move to Texas. I know one of them likes it there, but sometimes you have no choice and have to make the best of what you've got.

It's not about whether you can afford it or not.

It's about not wanting to be ripped off.

But that's just one component. His Pickens Plan organization argues that while the U.S. needs every ounce of domestic energy it can muster, there's not enough oil in all the potential U.S. deposits combined to make up for the 12 million barrels the United States imports every day.

You may not care about gas prices, but remember how gas guzzlers got hammered for low resale when gas hit $4-4.50 a gallon. $4 gas will cost you thousands in resale. $5 gas will wipe out half your value in the ensuing panic, and Chevy will drop the Camaro from the line up, further weakening resale value. V6 guys are not immune with practically the same city mileage and just 4 or 5 mpg more on hwy.
BY THEN WE WILL HAVE A CONVERSION KIT AT WALLMART TO MAKE IT RUN ON NATURAL GAS , AND YES WE DO HAVE IT BY THE TRILLIONS

It will go up and it will go down. You'll see. It has been 4 dollars before and it has got as low as 1.29 within the last year. Just take it easy for a little bit and it will etch back down to 250ish!!
