keep up the good work, this will be an excellent thread to help guide myself and others looking to do PI.

This might be my project for next winter. Not sure I need much more power but the added level of safety and being able to run full E85 would be nice.

I am wondering if the locations of the fuel supply line and evap line are swapped on some cars? Maybe ZL1 vs everything else?

I just noticed in some of radz28's images, the fuel supply appears to be hooked up where my evap line would be.

That's because his is a Zl1, fuel line comes at a different spot because of the SC from the factory.

I have the same thought as well. Even when I was watching the video of Mike explaining the routing of the fuel line, I thought he mistaken the Evap line for the fuel line. Pretty sure my fuel line curve toward the driver side, and my evap curve more toward the passenger side.

Looks great! Sorry I couldn't be more helpful for your application. It took me long enough to configure mine, in a way that I could understand it, despite Greg having clear pictures of his set-up, straight from Mike.

That EVAP line threw me off, because I was looking at Greg's, but I assure you that IS an EVAP line, lol. It must be different on SSs.

I found the PTFE/steel-braid stuff much easier to assemble than the rubber/steel-braid stuff I used in the past for gasoline. The PTFE fittings sort of want to pull things together instead of the old rubber/steel, which seemed to want to push things apart during tightening.

Hardest part was getting a straight cut. I tried both a 32 tooth hacksaw blade, and a 10" cutoff wheel in my mitre saw. Both worked fine. The hacksaw blade was harder to keep straight, and left a slightly rattier cut, but the cutoff wheel in the mitre saw made a lot of fine dust that heavily contaminated the inside of the hose. Had to do more cleaning of the inside of the hose before assembly when i used the mitre.

For a final cleaning after the hoses were assembled, I sprayed the hoses out with MAF cleaner (less harsh than brake cleaner) and a blast of air.

Bandsaw works really well with a steel blade, I wrap electrical tape around the place I want to cut, it keeps the braiding from fraying.

That's what I was wondering, it was kind of tripping me up. But ss and zl1 must have different routing, here's a pic of the zl1 for reference and where my thinking came from

I ordered the lambda connector to hook in my wideband to the reflex for WOT lambda adjustments. Watched Mike's video on how to configure it. Seems too good to pass up.

I haven't gotten mine yet but probably will in the near future. Customers first.

Mechanical stuff all buttoned up. Tomorrow I'll do the Reflex wiring. Everything was tight but managable on the side with the air filter.

NICE!!! Looking really good.

I, too, just ordered the CL plug from THP. I think my tunes are finally coming around and am getting some good feedback.

Didn't get anything done with the reflex install yesterday, but I did start looking at how to wire in the wideband.

My best guess on the AEM wideband, the white and brown wires from the gauge can be wired to the two leads on the reflex. I'd like to get someone to chime in that knows more... but best guess based on the documentation from Motiv, AEM, and the THPSI page:

- the AEM brown negative would go to the reflex black wire
- the AEM white positive would go to the reflex dark green wire

I don't know how else it could possibly go, but the terminology used in the AEM documentation regarding the white and brown wires is a little confusing.
