Did you have the 6 pistons on during LV?
Also, surely that cant be 18's with a 15.25 rotor right? I saw the 6 pistons the z06 was running and its almost touching.. has to be less than 6 inches of room |

No. Slotted/grooved/drilled rotors offer no performance benefit at all. At least, not until you gut your interior, put in a cage, buy $10k shocks, put on race slicks, and hire a pro-driver. http://www.stoptech.com/technical-su...rade-selection Quote:
As for slotting - IF you are OK with swapping brakes rotors more often, and IF you have already removed all non-race portions of your brake system (stock master cylinder, ABS module, rubber lines, etc.), and IF you believe you can tell a meaningful difference between a 3 millisecond initial bite and a 5 millisecond initial bite, and IF you make consistent enough laps to where these milliseconds will eventually add up to seconds . . . then it MAY make sense to go with premium slotted rotors (like the ones that cost $500 per rotor). If not, then stick with regular iron rotors. |

I'm guessing you don't have a rubbing issue with those 315's on the back? That's a kickass brake set up you've come up with. Those are massive rotors. I'll be waiting for the package price too.
