First bucket wash post first sealant question.

Camaro friends,
Tonight I washed her for the first time after applying sealant for the first time a couple of weeks ago. I have never seen anything like it. I thought I was rinsing the paint off the car. The channels of water running off the hood were red until it turned back to clear water after falling off the front of the hood. While washing with the mitt...everything seemed to muddy up and get almost jelly looking. I was wondering if I was washing the sealant off. It still looks nice after drying her off but I wanted to double check......Does a bucket wash with a normal car wash, not dawn, damage or harm the blackfire sealant? I plan on checking into the rinseless deal...just thought I would check on the regular wash impact in the mean time.
Thank you.
