Its too bad, they must not be paying the Robots enough hourly wage and they are doing this on purpose to get wage increases. NO seriously this is not good for you or GM. You should probably sit down and lay it out. Its a brand new ride, additional paint work devalues the car and your not willing to accept that. Period

A lot of paper work to be done, but in a few weeks a new order is going to be placed and I'll have a new car coming for me. I just couldn't get myself to accept a new paint job on a new car.

Good, I'd probably do the same. Check this out if you haven't seen it yet. Might be a problem from throttle controller.

This throttle controller issue was determined to be likely caused be the owner's installation of the Vitesse throttle controller. If you add electronic crap to the car and have issues with the direct OEM connected issue, the add-on would be suspect at the very least.

How many have been replaced so far. I think the Mosiac black car may have gotten a replacement. Why do you have to wait a few weeks. Couldn't you take the one that the hood came off of or does it not have the same equipment

Waiting to hear about our car, supposedly Monday we might have a meeting with an area manager of some type. All GM has done is bullshit us at every stage so we really don't know what they are doing or not doing about our car. People say they are listening and working on the problem but we never hear back from anyone. Pretty pathetic.

Car is back with GM mid next week as they review the car with the AM. We shall see what the outcome finally is.

GM is buying my car back, they realized I took the car with the notion this issue would be fixed, and also realized I would have never taken it knowing the paint issues under the hazy clear coat that no one saw until a professional fixed the clear.

They have unraveled my loan and tracked down a new car that is the same spec as mine that is headed to another dealer as we speak from the factory.

While it has taken awhile, GM has been very good to me and my dealership has been a blessing / amazing.
