Placing another order...

Hey guys so my dealer saw already that they screwed up big time on my order! So they said to call Monday morning to place a new order I told them that THIS time right after they finish putting it in to the system.... To send me a copy of sheet along with my order number. I'm not about to make the same mistake twice!!!

You guys think I'll have my car by mid December then??

Depends on if your dealer has allocation coming up, if so then it could be built by the end of November, possibly delivered sometime in December, maybe before Christmas.

how did they mess up your order? Did you use this to get invoice?

Exactly! I would demand at least invoice and then throw in a few extra things like some accesories from their parts department or some service credit, something...

Just ask the dealer to email the OrderWORKBENCH, which will have both the Order # and the equipment listed, standard and options. Monday remind them this is a SRE Order.

Not sure why you would go back to the same dealer. Plenty of other dealers are more than willing to accept your money and will probably do a better job. No matter what, get the print out!

Pretty much the guy just didn't do it right... The lady even told him that she was right there next to us when we were making the order... Oh well I'm just gonna stay positive and hopefully time flies by again...

I live in San antonio and the one I go to is in Austin... The only decent one I could find... About 1 hour away... I was gonna go with Becky if they didn't fix their mistake... And yeah this time I'm asking him to send me everything so there's no mistakes

You are too nice. If I was you I would tell them that because of this mistake, which has cost you to have to wait about another 60days, I am only willing to buy from hem at invoice. Otherwise just order from Becky. Don't give them your business if they are not willing to give you something to compensate for time wasted. What they did is not right. I know mistakes happen but it is a good business practice to make it up to the customer.
