.............................Ecoboost 2.3T.............vs..........ATS/2.0TGen6? "Test data C&D"
Curb weight. 3,657 ......... 3,479
0-60. 5.5. ........ 5.7
5-60. 6.8. ......... 6.6
0-100. 13.3. ........ 13.7

By the looks of it I expect to see the quintessential "dog fight" no matter the engine choice... Thought threats concerns? Lets do this
The Mustang 4 cyl weighs 3,657???

What a pig!

You know you guys almost have me convinced to go with the new 8 speed auto. I'm just having a really hard time getting the bad taste out of my mouth from several crappy GM auto transmissions over the years. I pan on keeping this car and my past experience is GM autos fail after 80,000 to 120,000 miles.

Drive both. That's the only way you will know which is the best one for you.

I wish a test drive would indicate cost of ownership over time but I'm certain it wont. I'm ok with the manual. Rowing gears is fun to me.
