not sure why but sounds more like an AMG v8 in the Nurburgring videos... maybe my ears betrayed me

Sounds nice...I really hope that GM went a little further in design. If it looks like a nother redesign in a smaller package I'm going to be disappointed. I wanted to see a completel updated body style with hints of the old not the other way around. The price tag I'm sure is going to be be around 45,000 for a some what loaded one. For me to buy it has to look different inside and out. If it's 200 lbs lighter and has 20 more horse power that isn't going to do it for me. I'm sure the technology will be there but not sure if thats enough. I think mustang did a good job at redesign hope GM does the same. Waiting patiently

Based on current know and very capable benchmarking targets, the GTPP standing against the Boss 302, and the dedication of unique power train assets, and unique front clip for the GT350. It is highly likely the GT350 will be a a very fast car. Frankly it should stack up very well in base or Track Pack form against the the out going Z28 if not beat it. And frankly it should. I am just as intrigued about the destruction comment, however with such a lack hard information and only some pieces of the puzzle it seems a little brash. It is going to be exciting though. I will say this lots on non Mustang people hangout in the GT350 section, because it is a very bold response to the Z28, the Germans, and the heritage of racing. I hope for a more radical departure with the 6gen Camaro, something to take it into the future. Either way the current renderings look good, and more importantly it looks well composed on the track. |
