How wide can I go with my 2018 ZL1 Tires

I have a 2018 ZL1 not 1LE that I want to put wider tires on the factory 20" rims without it rubbing or having to relocate the wiring harness. Who has went wider with no issues and what did you go with?

You can go 295/30 in front and 315/30 in the rear on the stock wheels. However, you can most likely go bigger if you are using different wheels with different offsets and/or spacers.

I tried to use MT 305/35 20’s but got error messages. I have since relocated the wiring harness and ordered the Toyo88r 315/30/20’s

I have 295/30/20 PS4's in front, and 325/30/20 Sport Cup 2's in the rear on MRR wheels and stock offsets....and No Issues.

I am running 315/30-20 on the rear of my 2018 with no issues. I did pull both rears off and check for rubbing or loose wire harnesses. It all looks great.

Thinkg of those cup 2s for my car. Did they help take off from a dig?

I’m running 295/30/20 on custom BC wheels in stock front size and 325/30/20 on a 20x11.5” wheel with +41 offset. Fits like a glove

Can you post some pics?

Is your car lowered?

I have seen a person on a FB group run a 345 on the rear on the stock wheels. I don't know if I would trust that myself but the owner claims he's never had any issues.

I dont believe the width has anything to do with the rubbing issue. It's the height.

But it literally takes maybe 10-15 minutes to relocate the harness.......
