Grundy has agreed value insurance...You get what's agreed upon if totaled.. Stated value is a number the owner pulls out of the sky and the insurance company lets you pay premiums on that number thinking they'll get that if totaled.. And we all know the surprise with that style insurance if a payout is needed...{Heck the post office does this with their "insured" packages}.. I've had Grundy for 20+ years and this current policy has the Camaro SS and a high dollar collector car... $1100.00 a year ...Must be garage kept, unlimited miles... I pay way more for the new truck and older toys on a normal policy..

I was able to bunch the Camaro in with my Race car policy. agreed value 50K for a new 2023 1SS. I also have a 23 Equinox on my normal car policy so they let it fly. 50K value racecar (mid 9 second 63 427 Impala) and a new SS cost me $665.00 a year. American Collectors written thru Heacock. I found them on a search for race car insurance and was shocked when they agreed to do my 2021 SS a few years ago. it's just that I have other modern cars. otherwise....NO. Good luck with yours, I hope this helps.

A totaled $300k Ferrari? I can only imagine the insurance rates skyrocketing after that. Even with a perfect driving record, insurance companies like moneyrepublic see big risks in expensive claims. That guy's premiums must be astronomical now!
