I looked at these. If you are referring to Canyon AT4, then the Raptor is very hard to ignore. Ford is very aggressive when it comes to competing with their trucks, and it looks like they gave a lot of thought into the Raptor.
In the full sized arena, I believe the playing field would be more equal. You would essentially pick by your true likes. Good luck.

Not the AT4, the AT4X which is a significant step up. The ZR2 and AT4X are the direct competitors IMO in both capability and price, not the AT4.

The AT4X is a little hard to figure out for me. The RR basically comes loaded and no real options are available, all the features I'd want are included anyway. The Colorado ZR2 can be optioned a little better, eliminating a few things you may not want or need and selecting the ones you want. I guess the AT4X is like the RR in that respect, but seems strange for GM to have these two tiers that can ultimately be set up the same. Confusing.

My opinion, but I think the ZR2 is the best bang for the buck, for someone looking for the best off-roading capability for the dollar. Past that, I think the Raptor might be the best overall truck of them all in terms of performance potential. Not sure where the Taco TRD Pro will stand against the RR. ZR2 will suffer a little since it's down on power compared to the others, but not sure if that matters much unless you are desert running these bad boys.
There's also the ZR2 Bison to consider, which is just a little more expensive than the RR. I'm assuming the TRD Pro will be priced right around that 60K mark also.

Well that wasn't one of your stated options
Two things:

11k off msrp. Very capable if needed. I bought the Metro Jethro version. It has the heavy duty DANA wide axels. It is really nice.

Too much of a DD compromise for me, if I was into jeeping or that kind of off-roading, it would be on the radar.
