Question about how to use NexGen Ceramic Spray
So, I’m about to start using NexGen Ceramic Spray on my 2018 Hot Wheels 50th Anniversary Edition Camaro. I read all about how it works, how it’s applied, and where it can be applied. I read that it can and should be used on the paint, glass and even headlight and taillight lenses.
My question is, do I spray it onto only painted section of hood and trunk, or can it be used over the whole hood and trunk, including the striping on this car. I believe these are standard stripe material(vinyl), so I’m hoping someone that uses this product, on their non “painted stripes” Camaro, can tell me how it should be done. I’m also hoping if it gets on the black trim around the wipers, door edges, etc, it is ok, and won’t damage or discolor those. I say this, because the first “foundation application” is supposed to go on while the car is still wet after a wash. Thank you for any info on this! PS: I’ve always been a past wax user, with a quick detailer in between, so this is new to me.

Did a bit more searching, and didn’t find an answer on line. Hoping someone on the forums has some experience with this. Thank u for any advice.

Yes, you can go over the stripes.

Thank you for the info. I didn’t want to discolor the vinyl stripes in the process. Lol
