Leonard you’re spot on, I love all your toys and clearly the passion that drove you to build your collection. Have a great weekend!

That's just sad. I would never say that to an SS owner. Then again, I've come to realize just how immature some 1LE owners are.

Dude stop being so angry, we all are here because we enjoy the same car. Who gives a rats ass, it’s a fricken toy, not a measurement of who you are. It’s Friday, get in your car and just enjoy it.
No, my point was valid. Someone else decided to make it a ZL1 1LE discussion when I was apeaking to all ZL1s. Hint...a ZL1 1LE is still a ZL1. Carry on.

Will be interesting to see what this goes for.
2021 GT500 - Carbon Fiber Track Pack - 775 Miles - MSRP 96k - Sold for 86k

So the ZLE was not an outlier, the market has spoken.

If true, he probably regrets selling it at this auction site. Or this really is fair market value. KBB private party excellent condition lists value at $67k with a range of ($64.5-69.5k).
He regretted it so much he actually pulled out of the sale as per the disappointed bidder.

It would be ironic if he couldn't even get that anymore after this GT500 sale.

Maybe he sold it privately and got more, or is just holding.

Either way, the bidder is disappointed, and I don't blame him.
Dude thought he had a car.
Cars and bids refunded his money.

If he was paying attention to that GT500 sale, he probably isn't anymore.

Yup for that car on this day!
Todays price is not the same as 30 years from now or even three months from now. The Mustang is very much alive and well into the foreseeable future. The Camaro not so much, and with an impending strike who knows what may transpire.
I’m not a Mustang guy, but that particular car is an underrated beast, certainly the best looking generation in my opinion. That’s a different topic for another day.

The fact that ZLE in manual are hard to come by tells me all I need to know about the likelihood of its future value. The production numbers of cars with the package are very low... .. even lower in manual. The aero and DSSV are special. Multimatic has not released any servicing data on the DSSV and the combination of these are the key to the Nurburgring run. The SC3R were developed specifically for this platform. As the sum of its parts the car is indeed special. Although some have disagreed, they have a right to their opinion.

Either way, I'm probably in the minority as I track mine quite often. I'm in the process of trading mine with 34k miles in for a '22 with 10k miles. I logged 27k miles in 1 year on mine and most of them are track miles and the drives to the track. I could have virtually bought anything else, but the ZLE speaks to me, personally.

The gt500 held 89.5% of its value but it was a year newer and had a lot less miles. The ZLE held 85% of its value while being a year older and having almost 15k more on it. I’d say these two cars hold their value the same after what we just witnessed.

Also I’m a bit confused as to why cars and bids doesn’t let sellers enter a reserve. Maybe now they will. I believe the seller of that zle will regret not taking that offer. Car values are dropping and will continue to drop throughout the rest of 2023.

IMO - Used as intended a ZLE should have it's value drop faster than a ZL1.

Track miles are way harder on the car.

I don't know if this holds true today, but I remember that when certain vehicles came with a towing package, it would hurt the resale value. I think that same kind of logic applies to a track pack car.
