More V8s in 2024 than in 2023?
Wasn't sure whether to post this here or in the general forum, but since it seemed to go more towards allocations, I figured I'd drop it here. Some good news (if accurate).
https://gmauthority.com/blog/2023/07...v8-lt1-engine/ Excerpt: According to GM Authority sources, General Motors will produce roughly 60 percent more units of the 2024 Chevy Camaro equipped with the naturally aspirated 6.2L V8 LT1 engine, as compared to the number of LT1-powered 2023 Chevy Camaro units that were produced. Basically, that means more Chevy Camaros equipped with the LT1 engine will be produced for the 2024 model year than were produced for the 2023 model year. Production of the 2024 Chevy Camaro will begin August 7th, 2023, per a GM Authority exclusive.

It stands to reason, then, that this trickling out 60-70 V8 allocations nationwide will have to end soon.
