No a fan of the read end at all. Really needs a spoiler. Frankly I feel the same way regarding the current gen Camaro and C8 Corvette read ends. They really need spoilers IMFO.

Do they strike you as the types to NOT save $3 per unit, everywhere they can, when building these things?

Highway speeds and they were dawdling. In other words, my tire noise was louder.

yellow coupe is a bona fide Pacman chomping them lane pellets.

positive takeaway from those real world photos. looks nothing like a Camaro.

After owning 5 of them, no - but in 202X I would have thought they could have done better. Happy with my choice, even after the Dodge reveal.

I said the exact same thing.

I am sure it will grow on me (like a fungus) but the indent is bad, very bad

I get what they were going for, but to be honest, I don't even know if I even like that design element on the '67-'68 models.

The best bargain in muscle cars in the last decade was when dealers were selling new 5th gen Z28s in the $50k range, give or take a few $k.

I guess that depends on how you view the G6 SS 1LE. Similar or faster lap time to the Z28, for similar (2SS 1LE with PDR) or less (1SS 1LE) money than the Z28 super deal price you mentioned. Of course, the LT1 is not as "exotic" as the Z28 engine.

I hate how ford makes me get the 401a AFTER I already choose the premium trim. All the things in the 401a package should be standard when you choose premium. Also their performance pack should come standard with recaros and magneride for the 5k that they are charging for it. I know 5k is 2k less than what GM charges for the 1le package but you get a $3k ediff with the 1le.

I grew up a mustang guy and I’ve been disappointed since the 6th gen came out. I thought the 5th gen coyotes were the best bang for the buck on the market when they came out but the 6th gen (and it looks like the 7th gen) just suck for what you’re getting. I hate keeping cars when they get old but the future unfortunately sucks for us muscle car enthusiasts. If I ever decide I can move on from a v8 powertrain I will be looking hard at supras instead of the 7th gen mustang. I’m going to hold onto a tiny hope that GM is going to surprise us with an LT2 powered 7th gen camaro in a few years hopefully (I’m not an idiot, I know this is extremely unlikely but it doesn’t mean I can’t hope for it!)
