Goodyear 3R ?
Did some search couldn't find info. If anyone can direct me to the correct post that would be appreciated.
Have you guys ran Goodyear 3R tires on stock spec SS 1LE wheels/tire? I just checked on Goodyear's website and they have same stock size 3Rs available now cause before it wasn't available in 20" wheels. Product Code # 797031538 285/30ZR20 Product Code # 797180538 305/30ZR20 Time for new tires but I'm not sure if I should just order stock GY3 or change out to 3R. Thank you |

depends what your goals are, are you trying to track the car and set a fast lap?
I wouldn't buy the 3R's unless you're experienced on the track. No reason to buy it for the road, just more expensive and don't last as long. |

3rs for 20s are stupid expensive just got with some 3s and get some 19s to run 3rs for the track only ask me how i know? lol

3r is great on track but in a staggered setup you will cord the fronts quickly. 19 square at least you can rotate and prolong the life.. they feel great in a square setup. Be sure to watch inside and outside for cording on the front it can sneak up on you. 3r is very sketch under 50f.. make sure you are careful until some heat is in them.

I got them on my 1LE never tracked it and their new i didnt know i had them on til got cold as i drive my car very calmly. So took them off an replaced with michelin pilot sport all seasons. Selling the goodyear 3Rsfor a good price plus shipping located in Utah

They came stock on me ZLE. I hated every mile on them. Takes way too long to get heat in them, little to no wet traction. They're straight up track tires & nothing else. The sweet spot for me is the Regular supercar 3's that come on the SS1LE.
