Owners should post exactly what their own experience was with a shop and not report hearsay, rumors, gossip, etc. about shops they haven't worked with personally.
I've got stories I could tell about my own personal experiences with some of America's leading race engine and car builders (most are not commonly mentioned here) but have no compelling reason to do so. (They might also attack me with a tire tool in the pits at one of the national events)

Katech would be first on my list with Lingenfelter not far behind.

I have had nothing but fantastic experiences with Katech and I would highly recommend them if anyone wants aftermarket work done to their vehicle, no matter the scope.
So much so that my ZL1 is back there for a 2nd round of modifications, stay tuned for the results.

I wish I would of ben more diligent and videoed all the cars from Hennessey that didn't come close to making the HP that was promised at local dyno nights having them local you really get to see things 1st hand. John and his son used to attend a lot of events but people pretty much ran them off from making any more showings. Occasionally you will catch them at the cinco ranch coffee n cars in the F5. It sucks for everyone even though they get a bad wrap it hurts the car community by not having them out and about. Other than price and not making the advertised power I haven't heard anything bad about reliability or breakage.
I hate that they haven't reopened there 1/4 mile track since covid came about. To me its a lot less stressful more fun then going to the old royal purple track that's about to close.

They changed management which must have changed their wrenching too, because mine made ~725 at HPE and up here, as advertised.
